Smita's comments got me thinking about this book again. Anyways, I'm less excited about the movie after watching the trailer, but I think the background music is to blame. And what's with the cheesy special effects for the disappearing!!!

Guess what ! I ordered the book after reading your comment exchange with smita. It was there on my wishlist, but others were getting precedence. Yest I did it.

smita - yeah the writing is really worth savoring! but i wonder if ur in the middle of the book (with the pregnancires and everything), even i found myself taking forever to read those sections!

At that time i was reading the section where he meets his daughter for the first time & comes to know of you know what! I was stumped girl stumped. Am through now and i think i will key in a review or rather i would say i would write my views :)

bubbles - good to see u back!:) have u settled in? yeah, know what u mean, i re-read the scene smita mentioned and my emotions went teetering for a little bit. it's still too soon to re-read but i have the book kept aside for that rainy day when i'm ready :D i'm going to wait for the intial reviews on the movie though - i think it's releasing this weekend!!
